Gaining customer loyalty with a great breakfast

When staying away from home, breakfast is a real treat. Clever hotel and bed and breakfast owners and managers know that if they can exceed their guests' expectations with breakfast they are much more likely to re-book. It is the final opportunity to impress your guests before they check out.
